By registering my child, I agree to the following guidelines of the program:

* All children attending Shabbos Kids Program are required to either remain in the designated children’s areas or supervised by an adult.

* In order to join the weekly raffles, children must remain in the designated Kids Program area of the building.

* There is an exciting opportunity for all children to join 4 trips throughout the year! They will be about every 3 months, with more information given closer to the day. In order to join, children must participate at least 6 out of the 12 weeks of that 3 month period.
